Shipping Information and Policies
At The Chalice and Dragon, how your order arrives to you is very important to us! Whenever possible, we ship via the U.S.P.S. and U.P.S., utilizing a state-of-the-art computerized tracking system. Since not all carriers deliver to PO Boxes we must have both your street and postal addresses. When ordering, our Log-In system requires you to include a phone number where you may be reached in case we have a question about your order. Sorry, NO C.O.D's.
Mail Orders
We are sorry, but until further notice we are UNABLE to accept orders by mail. This is only a temporary situation and hope to have it fixed soon.
Shipping Rates
All of our shipping rates are weight based. If you are shopping Online, our shopping cart system automatically calculates your shipping charges upon checkout.
For our mail order customers, please calculate your shipping charges:
- USA: Base Rate ($5.95) plus 2.00 per pound being shipped
- Canada: Base Rate ($16.00) plus 3.95 per pound being shipped
Delivery Times
We receive all Online orders immediately & will ship as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks delivery, although most orders go within 7 days. In some cases, due to supply, shipping times may take longer. This is noted in the product description. Please make note of those special instructions to avoid disapointment.
Returns
Returns made at the discretion of the customer (not as a result of our error) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do NOT refund shipping fees, you must pay to ship it back. On custom made products, (example: Gold Jewelry) there is a 25% restocking fee.
Please note, no return on consumable products, i.e. herbs, oils, and such.
International Orders
International Orders = shipping to any country ouside the US.
Yes, Canada is considered international.
At present we do not ship international orders.
